Found space is the point of time in existence where a person is aware of their feelings, needs, and reality simultaneously accepting the point that they all intersect. In good therapy, crack-you-open-and-make-you-feel-alive therapy, found space exists. It is always the goal to see a person for who they are in order to help them find what they need. No judgment. No assumptions. No instructions.
Just space.
